Most modern motor scooters come with the so-called continuously variable transmission (CVT). And the clutch is one of the central components of the CVT. More precisely, the rear part of this type of automatic transmission. Consisting of a torque converter, clutch shoes, a clutch bell and springs, the clutch itself makes the scooter go faster if tuned properly.

SPROCKETS & CHAINS
101 Octane Premium sprockets are laser cut in Europe using thermo-mechanically rolled fine-grain steel ALFORM 460 EN 10149 and therefore have a better, wear-reducing tooth geometry with optimum strength. Laser cutting ensures a significant weight reduction and provides the unique design. An impact-resistant KTL coating also protects against unwanted scratches. The durability of these 101 Octane sprockets is twice to three times higher compared to conventional sprockets.
Combined with a reinforced 101 Octane drive chain, the moped’s transmission is made to durability in an inexpensive way. 101 Octane drive chains can be used for standard or slightly tuned engines.

101 Octane high quality top boxes are made of black dyed, durable plastic. With a capacity from 28 and 51 liters they are suitable for one or two full face helmets.
In addition to the top boxes, 101 Octane manufactures mounting base plates for easy attachment to the vehicle. The mounting base plate must be fixed to an existing luggage carrier or top case carrier. The top box or case is removable, the base plate remains firmly screwed to the vehicle.

The 101 Octane brake part assortment ranges from brake pads and brake shoes to disc brake rotors, additionally extending to mechanical and electrical brake components such as the brake pump, the brake hose and the stop light switch.
